Wang's Big Gun is a standard small gun shop, with a small-arms range attached, whose only main difference is it's concept as to what is a legitimate firearm. Ares Predators are filed as “Hold Outs”.
Wang was a Hong Kong Master Tool And Die Maker in the 2030s, when he had to jump on a Freighter out of the city two steps ahead of an angry father, arriving in Seattle to build a new life. A cousin working for Ares got him a job at Ares Arms, where he soon became a Master Gunsmith, and worked hard at becoming one of their Wizard-Level experts making custom and match-grade rifles. After thirty years working at the weapons factory, he retired to a decent pension, and used his savings and contacts to buy and build up a gun shop.
Wang is pretty much the typical scrawny old Chinese man, but great strength is in his arms and wrists, allowing him to use guns that Trolls would have issues controlling, and, aside from a few bastard children, has no real skeletons in his closet. He's an oddity in Shadowrun, as he is what he appears to be.

90 feet below the surface of Seattle lies a sinkhole which contains St. James Cathedral. A bastion for ghouls and creepy crawlies, the location remains virtually intact.

Mike Underhill was kind enough to create these road maps for our campaign.
The idea here is to drop some sort of marker onto the map for each vehicle and just move from one map to the next for a continuous roadway.

Almax Biotechnology, is a unofficial subsidiary of Universal Omnitech. They specialize in organ cloning and enhancement.
They have been plagued with scandal in the past and are known for unethical research.
GM Note: This facility was used as a drop off for John Gibson. Teminus and Ballistic attacked this location trying to free him. At the same time, Izzy who followed the players here from A-Technologies, attacked the players in the hopes of killing them and John Gibson.
As John Gibson was being airlifted off the roof, a merc squad (hired by another corporation) shot the helicopter out of the sky killing him.

This dock is active and cargo ships come in at least once every four hours for pick up or drop off. Most of the cargo that comes through this location is bound for Portland.
Dock Workers
There are several (5-10) dock workers on the job at any time. They unload the cargo and take care of basic building maintenance. They will usually be hard at work, but are always on the lookout for anyone who doesn’t belong. They all have communication devices and have been instructed to contact security the moment they see any suspicious activity.
Security
There are two armed security guards on duty at any time. One patrols the grounds and the other monitors the video feed from the many cameras located around the pier. If there is trouble at all, they will contact Lone Star.
All the doors going into the warehouse have MagLocks.

This Research and Development facility is well protected and for good reason. They specialize in cutting edge cyberware created, with military and private security use in mind.
External Security and Features:
Barrier and Monowire - The concrete wall surrounding the complex stands just over 10 foot tall and is topped with raised Monowire (Threshold: 3, Damage: 8P).
Security Checkpoint - This secure checkpoint is physically manned by armed security. Every vehicle entering or leaving the facility is stopped at this gated checkpoint and checked out.
The guard tower provides cover for the checkpoint, via mounted heavy guns. There are also two snipers and two spotters postioned at the tower.
Patrolling Security - There is always one group of guards patrolling the grounds. This group consists of one animal handler, a Barghest and two regular guards. The two Barghests on site are trained, but are barely manageable.
Magical Security - Greychild, Inc. was consulted about magically security and they suggested that a dual natured mana barrier be constructed around the entire facility to prevent any astral intruders. They also recommended Izzy, a local Wage Mage for on site work.
Izzy monitors the astral space inside the mana barrier and has several watcher spirits watching the grounds for anything out of the ordinary.
Drones - There are three drones that patrol the grounds. Twich, the security rigger monitors their activities and can take control of them at a moments notice. If he spots trouble, he will be quick to respond with whatever force is deemed necessary.
Ground Floor Security and Features:
Reception - The reception desk is manned by a friendly receptionist and a armed guard. They check/scan IDs and monitor all traffic within the facility.
Security Office - This security office is manned by no less than 5 armed guards at any time. Twich works in the secure room adjacent to the main office.
Patrolling Security - There are two groups of internal security patrols. Each group consists of three guards that carry non-lethal weapons.
Research and Development Lab -
Storage and shipping -
Showroom -
Second Floor Security and Features:
2nd Floor Reception - The reception desk is manned by a friendly receptionist and a armed guard. Anyone going into the housing area is required to check in with them.
Tom’s Restaurant - Tom’s Restaurant caters to the hard working employees of A-Technologies and a hot meal can be found here around the clock. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant is always packed no matter what time it is.
Misc Features:
Manufacturing - The machine shop and manufacturing divison are located below the facility. They run 24/7 creating custom machined parts and ready to install cyberware, for their local clients.

ABC Cleaners is a small cleaning company with about 50 employees. They hire out their services to local corporations and are known for keeping secrets.
They have a 10 bay garage attached to their main office building, which is secured by maglocks. There are also cameras monitoring most of the premises and security is provided by Lone Star.
GM Note: Our crew hi-jacked one of the cleaning vans and kidnapped the four man crew aboard. The crew was found murdered near their route.

Horneetoad's is a small Hovercraft repair and modification shop with a small following of loyal customers.
Although not wealthy, they do fine, pay the bills and Begby and Jambi live upstairs in a small apartment. The basement contains a meeting room that occasionally Jim Burke and his associates will use for extra private business matters.
Jim Burke is a silent partner, and the store is managed by Sinesta Pars, a great face man, and a legal front for this legitimate working operation.
Horneetoads employs two full time mechanics, and Begby is a functional third. The two mechanics are Pablo Guiatan and Ricky Savis.
Horneetoad's is listed in Renton's Better Business Beaurau, and although they occasionally have customer complaints, they truly strive to do the best work possible.
GM Note: Mike and Jeremy have developed a Hovercraft Repair Shop to use as their characters' cover and to make a little bank in between runs (2d6x1,000 profit). The blueprints are below.

The Deadlands:
Think Irish pub. Large break building. It was the "Aces -n- Eights" when we played. Kirby bought it remodeled and re-opened it as "The Deadlands" the sign would look like some sort of take on my Art Studio Logo (link). In the basement and sub-levels is a safe house and the HQ for Billy's Crew (the old crew from when we played).
The place is not a dive. It is a legit place of business as much as it is a runners hang out. (runners hangout and information hub). This is how Kirby stays in the loop.
Kirby lives upstairs in a studio apartment with his family (wife, 3 kids, boy, girl, boy... one of the boys is ill. will get into this later. He has "overshadow" a meta human illness.) Kirby is proud of his place and what he has built... so he doesn't take kindly to runners starting shit (feel free to play that up).
Any thing he can't handle, he has Sandman (big ass troll... link) Sand is a bouncer/ bartender.
Kirby has an office on the main floor.
The basement and sub-levels are state of the art. Weapons, decks, parts... secret. Most likely stock pilled by Kirby & GreyChild (GreyChild is Mike's thing).
Additional notes:
Deadlands security? State of the art... Kirby spared no expense. His money along with help from Greychild Inc. Plus with Kirby's connections and contacts (stepChild's also)... security should be bad ass. Keep in mind his family lives upstairs, so the security would be doubly important.
Plus Billy's crew... also, not sure on the how, but I think the place would be magically secure... thanks to Greychild. Some kind of heavy duty net/ web protection too. So basically if your runners can think of it just assume it's covered. So in other word if all hell broke lose, this is were you would hold up.
