Chun "the Unavoidable" is a slight asian man with a winning smile and an extreme viewpoint. Chun was born in Malaysia to a family of Fuchi employees and raised in an upwardly mobile Chinese Muslim home there. He awakened as a magician, but so late in life (14) that he was already marked by Fuchi as an eventual rigger and outfitted with a modest array of cybernetics. After his older brother became a ghoul, Chun's entire family was ostracized from the Fuchi corporation. No longer able to live high on the hog in a Malaysian Extraterritorial Enterprise Zone, Chun fled to North America with his brother (who at that time was prone to violent outbursts and inappropriate behavior). Desperate to find someone who could give his brother the care he needed, Chun eventually hooked up with agents of the Asamando nation who offered psychiatric care in Lagos for his brother in exchange for Chun's assistance in world-wide vampire hunting.

Chun is absolutely convinced that he will also eventually transform into a ghoul, and as such performs espionage for Asamando as much out of patriotism as out of the slim salary they are able to ply him with. Given the inherently predatory relationship Wendigo have with ghouls, Chun is called upon to kill the infected more than any other task, and has at this point participated in the execution of more than a dozen vampires and vampire variants. Wendigo are highest priority, but any type capable of producing Wendigo even accidentally are preferred targets (vampire, banshee, dzoo, and goblin primrily). To this end, his drones have been outfitted with a variable feed that pops in steel, silver, or wood bullets as required.

Chun's spirits materialize as women dressed in impossibly fancy dresses, and Chun spends a considerable amount of his time buttering them up by taking them to restaurants and other similar activities. While his relationship with his spirits is non-sexual, it really creeps out human women and Chun's love life has gone from one catastrophe to another. Chun's ally spirit is inhabitted into a Plasteel Homunculus which in turn has been outfitted with synth-skin such that his Ifrit can pass for human - kind of.

Where's Waldo bonus feature: Chun is missing part of his arm in the Chapter 8 intro story in Augmentation. He doesn't have a lot of lines at that point because he has a low pain tolerance and has passed out. The woman in the chemical suit posts on Jackpoint using the moniker "Hannibelle". The doctor is Glen Swayne.
